What material is theSecretPlunge Bra made out of?

Our SecretPlunge Bra is made out of nylon and spandex and features transparent straps.

It features removable padding and a front hook-and-eye clasp that allows you to adjust your coverage easily.

What styles & sizes do you offer?

Currently, Fitcharm only offers the SecretPlunge Bra. This padded push-up bra with underwire has a longline, low-back, and plunging cups for a discreet fit with coverage, which is available in sizes 32A to 48H.

Is the SecretPlunge Bra available in different colors?

Yes, the SecretPlunge bra is available in three different colors: black, beige, and white. Buy all three to be sure you have one to match any outfit.

Can I wear the SecretPlunge Bra with low-back dresses or tops? 

Absolutely! The SecretPlunge Bra features a discreet low back design making it perfect for low-back dresses and tops. It’ll be your go-to solution for backless fashion.

Does the SecretPlunge Bra come with adjustable straps? 

Yes, the SecretPlunge Bra is equipped with adjustable, convertible straps, allowing you to customize the fit to your comfort and outfit requirements. 

How should I care for and maintain my SecretPlunge Bra? 

We recommend hand washing your bra to extend the life of your bra.

Sizing & Fit

What size should I order? 

Fitcharm bras run true to size. Please carefully review the sizing table below, and measure yourself prior to ordering to ensure that your new bra is comfortable and functional. 

Please note that changes in your body such as weight gain or loss, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and exercise can affect your bra size, so if you aren’t sure, measuring will ensure the best fit.

Please know that bra sizing is not standard and varies widely among brands, which is why we recommend that you measure your bust to determine your Fitcharm size.

If you do not want to measure yourself, you can measure your favorite bra’s band and cup size, using centimeters, to help you determine which size to order.

If you’re unable to measure, message us your “regular” bra size and current brand and we’re happy to suggest the best possible size or sizes for you.

Don’t worry if you do order the incorrect size - we offer hassle-free returns within the first 30 days because we know it can take time to find the right fit in a new brand. Still not sure of your size? You can measure! Check out our sizing tables below for reference.

Shipping and Tracking

How can I cancel my order?

If you ordered within the past 24 hours and changed your mind, we offer hassle-free cancellations. Just email us at getfitcharm@gmail.com, and we will refund you as long as the order has not been shipped out.

If you ordered more than 24 hours ago, the order will have been processed and we cannot offer an immediate refund. However, once you receive your order, you have up to 30 days to contact us for a refund.

How does shipping / tracking work?

Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email. This can take 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can expect your order to arrive between 8-10 business days.

If you did not get an email with your tracking number, please send us a message at support@fitcharm.co.

 

 

Why doesn’t my shipping link work? 

It can take a few days for the systems to sync with one another. Please be patient and check back a few days later. If within a few days you are still unable to access your shipping link, please email us at support@fitcharm.co.

Are there any anticipated shipping delays? 

Please note that the shipping industry is still experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and supply chain issues. There could be delays in delivery times, depending on the postal service in your country. If you are experiencing unusual delays, please email us for assistance, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you. 

Order Management & Returns

How can I cancel my order?

If you placed your order within the past 24 hours and changed your mind, we offer hassle-free cancellations. Please email us at support@fitcharm.co, and we will refund you as long as the order has not shipped

If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, your order will have been processed, and we cannot offer an immediate refund. However, once you receive your order, you have up to 30 days to contact us for a refund.

What is your return policy? 

We have a 30-day no-hassle return/exchange policy.  You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, can contact us at support@fitcharm.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
